Categories & Fees

Fee Structure

The Club’s financial year runs from 1 April – 31 March every year, and depending on the date of application, the annual subscription fee for each category will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

We offer several payment options, including a monthly Direct Debit method which allows Members to pay their subscriptions over 12 months (admin surcharge applies).

A compulsory House Contribution is issued to encourage Members to utilise the Clubhouse facilities. This amount may be spent on food at the bar and Dimples Restaurant and to attend various social events throughout the year.

The Entrance Fee is a once-off joining fee made payable via two options.

Full upfront payment – Pay the full Entrance Fee and receive a 10% rebate to your House Account.

Three-year plan – Pay the Entrance Fee off in equal payments over 3 years.

House Contribution

All Playing Members are required to pay annually the $110 House Contribution (instalments not permitted).

Members paying by instalments should ensure sufficient funds are available in their nominated account to cover the monthly subscription instalment and the $110 House Contribution in their 1st instalment.

The House Contribution is compulsory, and members who don’t pay it by the due date will be deemed unfinancial.

Here’s how it works: –

$110 will be credited to the member’s House Account; the credit is then available for food and beverage purchases. The House Contribution must be used by 31st March; if not used, it will be forfeited.

‘Top Ups’ to a House Account can be made at any time and do not have an expiry date.
