Categories & Fees

Fee Structure

The Club’s financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March every year, and depending on the date of application, the annual subscription fee for each category will be calculated pro rata.

We offer several payment options, including a monthly Direct Debit method that allows Members to pay their subscription fee and capital levy over 12 months (an admin surcharge applies).

A compulsory House Contribution is issued to encourage Members to use the Clubhouse facilities. This amount may be spent on food at the bar and Dimples Restaurant and on attending various social events throughout the year.

The Entrance Fee is a once-off joining fee made payable via two options:

  1. Full upfront payment – Pay the Entrance Fee and receive a 10% rebate to your House Account.
  2. Three-year payment plan – Pay the Entrance Fee in equal payments over three years.

Please note: A 7-day membership will not be offered to new members in the foreseeable future. The only option to obtain the 7-day membership is to accept a 5-day membership or 6-day membership and be placed on the transfer list for the following season.

Currently, our waitlist is approximately 3 years.

House Contribution

All Playing Members are required to pay annually the $120 House Contribution (instalments not permitted).

Members paying by instalments should ensure sufficient funds are available in their nominated account to cover the monthly subscription instalment and the $120 House Contribution in their 1st instalment.

The House Contribution is compulsory, and members who don’t pay it by the due date will be deemed unfinancial.

Here’s how it works: –

$120 will be credited to the member’s House Account and is then available for food and beverage purchases. The House Contribution must be used by 31st March; if not used, it will be forfeited.

‘Top Ups’ to a House Account can be made at any time and do not have an expiry date.
