Per clause 34 (Tenure of Office) of the Club’s Constitution, the Board of Directors calls for nominations for the following Board positions: –
- President
- Vice-President
- Director of Course
- Director of Women’s Golf
Per Clause 34.1, the President, Vice-President, Director of Course, and the Director of Women’s Golf shall hold office for two consecutive years and shall be eligible for re-election in even-numbered years.
To be eligible to nominate for the above positions, clause 35.1 states, “each candidate for election as a member of the Board must be an Honorary Life Member or a Playing Member with at least five consecutive years of playing membership of the Club”.

The following elected committee positions shall be eligible for election in 2026: –
- Course (1)
- House (1)
- Match (1)
- Finance (1)
- Women’s Golf (1)
To be eligible to nominate for the above positions, clause 35.2 states, “each candidate for election as a member of a committee must be either an Honorary Life Member or a Playing Member”.

Please note that no member is eligible for election to the Board or to a Committee whilst that member is an office-bearer of any other golf club in the metropolitan area (clause 35.4).
Nominations are to be delivered (electronically or in person) to the General Manager by 5 pm Saturday, 21st February 2026.
