Dear Members,
Following the extreme weather conditions experienced during the afternoon field on Saturday, 25 October, the Match Committee has determined that the qualifying scores for the Dick Parker Summer Cup are null and void.
As a result, the qualification round for the Dick Parker Summer Cup has been rescheduled to Saturday, 22 November. Due to other scheduled events, there will be no semi-final, and the top two qualifiers will compete in the final on Saturday, 29 November.
Please note the following regarding entrance fee payments:
- Members who paid the $5 entrance fee on Saturday, 25 October, will be automatically registered for the rescheduled qualification date.
- Members who paid the $5 entrance fee on Saturday, 25 October, but are unable to play on the rescheduled date, will have the fee refunded to their house account.
- Members who did not play on Saturday, 25 October, but wish to compete on the rescheduled date may pay the $5 entrance fee to participate in the qualifying round.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused; however, the weather conditions were beyond our control.
