Local Rule 10 (Temporary)<\/p>\n
PENALTY AREA \u2013 7TH HOLE<\/p>\n
When a player\u2019s ball is in the penalty area, including when it is known or virtually certain to be in the penalty area even though not found, the player may take relief using one of the options, each for one (1) penalty stroke: –<\/p>\n
\u2022 Take relief under Rule 17.1, or
\u2022 Drop the original ball or another ball in the drop zone located behind the green. The drop zone is a relief area under Rule 14.3c.<\/p>\n
Penalty for breach of a local rule is the general penalty (stroke play \u2013 2 strokes, match play \u2013 loss of hole)<\/p>\n
