It is with delight that I advise members following an extensive search, in what is difficult recruitment conditions, we have appointed Roger Mueller as our Head Chef. Roger will be starting his role with the club on Tuesday 25 January. Roger brings to our team a wealth of experience in various kitchens, but most importantly, Roger has spent more than 10 years working in kitchens at some of Adelaide’s pre-eminent clubs in the Royal Adelaide Golf Club, The Adelaide Club, and most recently Kooyonga Golf Club. Through this experience, Roger comes to our club with a unique understanding of the expectations of members at a golf club, while also having the experience of working in a public restaurant and function venue.

The Board and Management are thrilled to have Roger join us next week and look forward to having Roger working with the hospitality team to enhance the dining experience for our members and guests.
